The people here all run or serve smaller businesses that are trying to grow. These are your real peers, not the ones running 20MM businesses. We can ask them for advice elsewhere. This space is for US, and we have our own struggles running our business at its size.

Facebook groups prohibit discussing actual pricing and finances. I think we should be more real about money. After all, that is what we are doing in business! Let’s compare pricing and financial KPIs to challenge ourselves and help one another.
Meetups
When you’re small, you tend to wear a LOT of hats and work hard. This can be lonely! Let’s gather over zoom and have work parties to tackle those tasks that we would rather put off (forever).
